I, Zafran Khan son of Muhammad Zaman resident of House No. 1, Street No. 4, Mohallah Shah Chan Chiragh, Rawalpindi, do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under:
That a double Storied House No. CB-6587, constructed on land measuring 05 Marlas, Situated in Jan Colony, Tench Bhatta Rawalpindi is owned by me vide Registered Sale Deed No. 11240, Book No. 1, Volume No. 2245 , Page No. 37, dated 03-06-2006 on Saturday. Additional Book No. 1, Volume No. 3871, Pages 216 to 218, Sub Registrar (Cantt) Rawalpindi.
That the Current Market Price of above-stated plot is more than Rs. 2,000,000/- (Rupees Two Million only)
That the contents of this affidavit are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief and nothing has been concealed therefrom.
