Vehicle Exchange Agreement

This Agreement is made and entered into on this day of 13th March 2020, between the following parties:

Party No. 1:
Zafran Khan, son of Muhammad Zaman, resident of House No. 1, Street No. 4, Mohallah Shah Chan Chiragh, Rawalpindi, holding CNIC No. 37405-12121212-1 (hereinafter referred to as the First Party).

Party No. 2:
Meer Zaman, son of Muhammad Zaman, resident of House No. 1, Street No. 4, Mohallah Shah Chan Chiragh, Rawalpindi, holding CNIC No. 37405-12121212-1 (hereinafter referred to as the Second Party).

Terms and Conditions

  1. That the First Party is the sole and lawful owner of a vehicle described as follows:

    11.Engine No.:* 4544
    12.Chassis No.:* 1E14544
    13.Color:* White
    14.Model Year:* 2017
    15.Engine Capacity:* 800cc
  2. That the mutually agreed value of the First Party’s vehicle is PKR 800,000/- (Eight Hundred Thousand Rupees), and the agreed value of the Second Party’s vehicle is PKR 700,000/- (Seven Hundred Thousand Rupees).
  3. That both parties have agreed to exchange their vehicles. On this day, the First Party has handed over the Toyota Corolla along with its original registration book to the Second Party. Similarly, the Second Party has handed over the Suzuki Mehran along with its original registration book to the First Party.
  4. That since the Second Party’s vehicle is valued at PKR 100,000/- less than the First Party’s vehicle, the Second Party has paid an additional amount of PKR 100,000/- (One Hundred Thousand Rupees) in cash to the First Party as equalization.
  5. That both parties take full responsibility for their respective vehicles for any liabilities or obligations arising prior to 13-03-2020.
  6. That both parties undertake to appear before the competent authority by 20-03-2020 to have the vehicles legally transferred in each other’s name.

This Agreement has been executed voluntarily and without any duress or coercion, in the presence of witnesses, and both parties have signed/thumb-marked this document in acceptance of its terms.

اقرار نامہ بابت تبادلہ گاڑی

یہ اقرار نامہ آج مورخہ 13 مارچ 2020 کو درج ذیل فریقین کے درمیان طے پایا:

فریق اول:
زعفران خان ولد محمد زمان، ساکن مکان نمبر 1، گلی نمبر 4، محلہ شاہ چن چراغ، راولپنڈی، شناختی کارڈ نمبر 37405-12121212-1

فریق دوئم:
میر زمان ولد محمد زمان، ساکن مکان نمبر 1، گلی نمبر 4، محلہ شاہ چن چراغ، راولپنڈی، شناختی کارڈ نمبر 37405-12121212-1

شرائط و ضوابط:

١۔ فریق اول کی ملکیت میں ایک عدد گاڑی ٹویاٹا کرولا ہے، جس کی تفصیل درج ذیل ہے:

جبکہ فریق دوئم کی ملکیت میں گاڑی سوزوکی مہران ہے:

رنگ: سفید
ماڈل: 2017
ہارس پاور: 800cc

٢۔ فریق اول کی گاڑی کی قیمت 8,00,000/- روپے اور فریق دوئم کی گاڑی کی قیمت 7,00,000/- روپے طے پائی ہے۔

٣۔ دونوں فریقین نے اپنی گاڑیاں ایک دوسرے سے تبادلے کے طور پر باہمی رضا مندی سے تبدیل کی ہیں۔ آج مورخہ 13-03-2020 کو فریق اول نے اپنی گاڑی بمعہ اصل رجسٹریشن بک فریق دوئم کے حوالے کی اور فریق دوئم نے اپنی گاڑی بمعہ اصل رجسٹریشن بک فریق اول کے حوالے کی۔

٤۔ چونکہ فریق دوئم کی گاڑی کی مالیت کم ہے، اس لیے فریق دوئم نے فریق اول کو ایک لاکھ روپے نقد بطور فرق ادا کر دیے ہیں۔

٥۔ دونوں فریقین اپنی اپنی فروخت شدہ گاڑی کی بابت مورخہ 13-03-2020 سے پہلے کی تمام تر ذمہ داری کے خود ذمہ دار ہوں گے۔

٦۔ دونوں فریقین مورخہ 20-03-2020 تک مجاز اتھارٹی کے روبرو پیش ہو کر اپنی اپنی گاڑی ایک دوسرے کے نام منتقل کروانے کے پابند ہوں گے۔

یہ اقرار نامہ ہوش و حواس میں، بغیر کسی دباؤ کے، باہمی رضامندی سے گواہوں کی موجودگی میں تحریر کیا گیا ہے اور دونوں فریقین نے دستخط/نشان انگوٹھا ثبت کر دیا ہے تاکہ یہ سند کے طور پر قابلِ پیشی ہو۔
