ADOPTION DEED

This deed of Adoption is made this __ day of June ____between ABC son DEF resident of Mera Mora, Kachi Abadi, Khushal Khan Khattak Road, Tehsil Murree District Rawalpindi (hereinafter referred to as the first party).

AND

  1. GHI son of JKL
  2. MNO wife of PQR
    Both resident of Tolot, Auchah, P.O Mohallah Kamiana, Bazaar, Tehsil Murree District Rawalpindi (hereinafter referred to as the Second Party).

WHEREAS,

  1. The second party has no son and daughter and was desirous of adopting a son.

  2. The first party has a son, namely Dilbar Jan Khan, whose mother, namely Zabeeha Khatoon, died on 02-02-2005, when said Dilbar Jan Khan was of the age in hours. The second party has approached the first party for giving in adoption to them, and the first party, after obtaining consent from others close relatives, has agreed to give the above-mentioned son to the second party.

  3. The physical act of giving and taking of the son was performed on 02-02-2005, along with the performance of ceremonies in the presence of relative and friends of both parties.

  4. That though the adoption has already been taken place on 02-02-2005, but now for the record and the necessary legal requirements, the parties are hereby entered into an adoption deed.

NOW THIS DEED OF ADOPTION WITNESSESSTH AS FOLLOWS:

  1. The first party has given in adoption his son, namely Dilbar Jan Khan aged about approximately Four Years to the second party on 02-02-2005 and the second party has taken the said Dilbar Jan Khan in adoption. The physical act of giving and taking of the son was performed along with the religious ceremonies, in the presence of relatives and friends of both the parties.

  2. The first party will not make any claim hereinafter to the custody of the adopted son and he shall hereinafter be known as the son of the second party also.

  3. The first party has not received any money for giving his son in adoption to the second party and shall not lay any claim hereinafter against the second party for giving his son in adoption.

  4. The second party shall be responsible for the maintenance, education, marriage and other expenses of the adopted son and he agrees to bear all expenses in accordance with his status.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties hereto signed this Deed and the day and the year first above written.
